We keep your information safe by storing all digitals files encrypted and behind a firewall and only allowing certain staff access to the information they require. .

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Practice Plus

Practices – Alongside “we partner with Practice Plus”:

We partner with Practice Plus to provide after-hours and urgent care consultations for our patients. Practice Plus clinicians can access relevant health records held by our practice to support continuity of care. For after-hours care, please contact Practice Plus on 0800 7722 7587 or book online at Telehealth & Virtual GP Appointments New Zealand | Practice Plus. When you consult with Practice Plus, their clinician may access relevant health records from your file here to support your care. Your information is handled in accordance with the Health Information Privacy Code.
