Your baby’s needs change from one day to the next, so there’s no magic solution guaranteed to get them to sleep every single time. Anyone who tells you there is, is probably trying to sell you something 😒

Our sleep and settling pēpi course is a FREE online course. Follow along at your own pace and learn about different parenting styles, sleep patterns in pēpi, and techniques and tips for keeping yourself and your baby calm when things get tricky.
