Request a prescription in our form below. Complete the required fields to submit request successfully or alternatively you can use your Well App account.

Please Note: If you are not a West Invercargill Health patient your prescription request cannot be processed and will be deleted.

Please be aware that prescriptions can take 24-48 hours to process, if you require medications urgently please call the practice on: (03) 777 9003

If a prescription is required within 24 hours this will incur a higher cost of $32 otherwise prescription fee is $23
