Meet the team

Joseph completed his Bachelor of Applied Management through Otago Polytechnic in 2022, adding to over two decades of experience in primary care. With a strong grounding in both clinical operations and community health systems, Joseph is passionate about creating seamless, person-centred care pathways and strengthening partnerships across the health and social sectors.

In 2024, Joseph was appointed a Justice of the Peace and has since taken on the additional responsibility of serving as a Council Member with the Southland Association of Justices of the Peace. He also sits on the Board of Number10 Youth Services, supporting governance and strategic development for one of Southland’s key community organisations.

Driven by a commitment to integrity, access, and community wellbeing, Joseph continues to advocate for innovative, sustainable, and equitable primary care. When not at the clinic, he enjoys video games and playing music.
